About Kramer:  Kramer is a 4.5 year old Min Pin mix looking for a foster or adopter.  He was pulled from the PSPCA in Philadelphia and wasn’t in great condition when he came in.  He has a skin condition due to lack of care, but he is on medication and it is clearing up nicely.  He is kid friendly, but prefers a quiet home.  He is good with small dogs, but isn’t found of large dogs.  He would do well as an only dog or with another small calm dog. He can’t wait to find a wonderful family!
