About Jolly Rancher:
Jolly Rancher is looking for his furever home! He is a sweet, energetic and playful Papillon/Yorkie mix boy. He is dog friendly and kid friendly, and not cat tested. He is very playful and energetic but also loves nap time. She is not yet house trained but working on pee pad training. He loves to zoom around his foster’s house and also snuggle. He would not do well in an apartment or condo, as he tends to be a little noisy when left home alone. He would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time. This cutie is a really fun little guy!
Jolly Rancher is a Benefactor Dog:
Benefactor dogs have higher adoption fees due to a combination of reasons: they may be a purebred dog, small sized dogs that are in high demand, younger age, etc. They are quickly adopted, even with their higher fees. Their adoption fees allow them to act as “benefactors” to other dogs in our care such as, a young dog who was paralyzed after a fall as a puppy and we are getting her the medical care she needs, or senior dogs and heartworm positive dogs, dogs with heart problems or broken bones; many that require special medical care or procedures, and the puppies who have come to us sick with parvo.
This allows us to get these other dogs the medical care they need, and gives them a better chance at adoption and a loving home.
