About Caramel: Baby Ruth was recently surrendered to us by a breeder.  She had a c-section a few months ago but healed well.  We would like to get her into a foster home (foster-to-adopt) is fine.  She has a deformity on her lip caused by an injury but it is healed and doesn’t both her.  She is a friendly, happy girl who loves everyone and all dogs!  And she loves to eat.
