Sid came up on transport this weekend. On his way home with his foster mom, they stopped in a pet store and they met new friends. The new family was smitten with Sid, and so was their little female dog. We usually don’t do adoptions right away without giving the dogs a few days at least to decompress, but Sid needed stability. His family was in an upheaval because his daddy had a stroke and they couldn’t care for him any longer. So we did the vet references, personal references, home visit and really checked out this family and BINGO! Sid hit the forever family jackpot! It was meant to be. That coincidental meeting on a Saturday late morning got this kid his forever and we are so excited! The next day, he was adopted!! We love you, Sid and are so happy for your amazing new beach life 🙂
